What You Will Be Doing

As an Audit Manager, you will lead the team in effectively executing audit activities. You will be responsible for implementing efficient processes to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and audit reports. You will also support junior staff and maintain a solid client working relationship.

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and a licensed CPA.
• 3 to 5 years of prior experience in public accounting and audit.
• High-level knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service, time management, and PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, establish professional client relationships, and interact seamlessly with clients and all levels of staff.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask without sacrificing people skills.
• Dedication to maintaining work-life balance while delivering partner-level accountability and service.
• A knack for meeting deadlines and solving problems.
