What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audit Senior/Manager position at CyberCoders?
We are looking for both an Audit Senior and Audit Manager to join our organization. These individuals will be responsible for leading and managing auditing activities of various departments within the organization, including Manufacturing, Construction, and EBP. The Audit Senior/Manager will be in charge of researching and assessing operational and financial processes, and developing strategies to reduce risk and optimize efficiency. The individual in this position must have excellent communication skills and be able to explain complex audit plans and results to executive leadership.
NOTE: THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE. OFFICES ARE IN MADISON & MILWAUKEE.

The primary responsibilities of the Audit Senior/Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and managing auditing activities such as financial checks, operational risk assessments, and process optimization.
- Developing and implementing audit plans and strategies.
- Monitoring and evaluating audit results.
- Preparing and presenting audit reports and findings to executive leadership.
- Providing guidance and direction to audit staff.
- Researching and staying up to date on all relevant regulations and standards.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in auditing
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
- Experience with Manufacturing, Construction, and Employee Benefits Plan (EBP) Audits.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A CPA certification is HIGHLY preferred
- Salary: $70K-$180K/yr DOE
