What You Will Be Doing
The CIO/CTO will report to the CEO and will own both infrastructure and software engineering for the organization.
Key responsibilities include:

- Building a centralized devops and deployments team
- Improving software development to produce faster running and more efficient data movement
- Evaluate the decision to move from co-location private cloud to public cloud
- Design and oversee process to rationalize code to get to a single source and then maintain the single source in perpetuity while expanding configurability within the system
- Leverage change management to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required
- Review existing work processes and organizational structure
What You Need for this Position
- Experience leading technology for software companies (Fintech a big plus)
- Prior experience in a senior level role, preferably at the C or VP level
- A strong infrastructure background also experience leading software engineering
- Prior experience leading a digital transformation
- Change Management & Business Process Reengineering skills
- Prior experience owning large scale projects
- Stellar people leadership skills
- Stellar communication written and oral
- Able to deal with ambiguity
