CNC Programmer - Sheet Metal

This position is for a CNC Programmer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining CNC programs for manufacturing purposes. The CNC Programmer will work with our team to ensure that programs are written efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for manufacturing machinery
• Create and maintain programs for CNC machines
• Analyze and troubleshoot CNC programs
• Develop and modify existing programs for improved production
• Perform quality checks on CNC programs
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 1 years of experience in CNC programming with:
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
• Experience with Sheet Metal and Turret Punch is required
• Familiarity with Prima Power Shear Brilliance or EBe Express Bender machines
• Familiarity with SigmaNest, NC Express or MasterBend CAM programming software
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software
• Ability to understand and comprehend BOMs
• Panel bender programming experience
