Job Title: CNC Set up Operator - 2nd Shift
Location: Onsite in De Pere (Monday-Thursday 2pm-12:30am)
Salary: $20-$26 an hour DOE, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits, 401K, PTO
Requirements: 3 years with CNC Routers, Lathe, or Machine Center Operator
We are a well-known, family-oriented type of company in De Pere, WI known for plastic manufacturing. We were founded over 60 years ago and have remained stable since. Our customers are diverse and we have a very low turnover rate!
We are actively looking for a CNC Set-Up Operator candidate that can work in a facility to ensure machines are running properly. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge robotic technology.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Working 2nd shift running multiple machines (Monday-Thursday 2pm-12:30am)
- Read and understand G&M codes, and increase efficiency on machines
- Inspect machines and operate all tasks required on machines
- Review blueprints and set up sheets to make first party, and every part correct
What You Need for this Position:
- 3 years of CNC operation experience with Routers, Lathe, or Machining Center Operators
- Ability to read blueprints, WI
- $20-$25/Hour
- 2K Sign-On Bonus
