We are looking for an experienced Estimator/PM to join our team. The Estimator/PM will be responsible for providing accurate estimates and project management for commercial paint and coatings projects. The ideal candidate will have a combination of estimating, project management, and commercial painting experience.

The Estimator/PM will be responsible for providing accurate estimates and project management for commercial paint and coatings projects. The ideal candidate will have a combination of estimating, project management, and commercial painting experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates for commercial paint and coatings projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor progress of projects, including budgets, timelines, and quality
- Address any issues that arise during the course of the project
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and other relevant regulations
- Knowledge of commercial painting and coatings paint
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and estimating software
- Salary: $85k-$125k
