Key Responsibilities
Position Overview: The Superintendent will oversee public and private sector construction projects at the municipal level. They will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and quality control of the projects. They will collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure the projects are completed on time and within budget.
We offer a competitive salary of $88,000 - $128,000 Annually

- Manage the daily operations related to construction projects.
- Develop strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and update project schedules.
- Coordinate communication between contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel.
- Ensure that all projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Ensure compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports on project progress and status.

- 5 years of experience in Healthcare, Government, K-12, Higher education, Hospital, and Municipal construction.
- Experience in commercial, addition, renovation, and recreational facility construction.
- Experience in office, headquarters, academy, education center, and health sciences building construction.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
