Founded over 30 years ago, we are a commercial concrete and asphalt company that deals with repairs, new, and recycled concrete and asphalt. What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare estimates for concrete projects, including accurate pricing of materials and labor
- Plan and coordinate concrete projects, including scheduling and overseeing subcontractors
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, budget, and materials used
- Inspect and monitor the quality of concrete work and materials
- Ensure the safety of concrete projects by implementing safety protocols
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Suggest improvements and corrective action for concrete projects
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to complete projects on time and within budget
- Proven Experience as a Concrete Superintendent
- 3 years in Concrete Construction/Repair
- Strong organization skills
- Vacation/PTO: 2 weeks first year
