Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the project life-cycle including scope, budget, schedule, and quality
- Develop and maintain project plans and documentation
- Monitor project status and progress, identify and resolve issues, and escalate issues to stakeholders where necessary
- Develop and lead quality assurance processes for all project deliverables
- Develop cost estimates and project budgets
- Develop and maintain project schedule and implementation plan
- Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors
- Train, mentor, and direct project team
- Monitor project performance and adjust resources and schedule as needed
- Ensure project is completed according to company standards and within budget
- Track and report project progress
- BS or MS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5 years of experience in project management within Commercial, MEP, or other major industry
- Proficient in Bluebeam, and Procore
- Experience with budget management and cost estimation
