We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement control systems for manufacturing processes using PLC, HMI, DCS, and SCADA systems.
- Develop and maintain control panel designs and schematics.
- Perform I/O configuration and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements in process control and automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
- 3 years of experience in controls engineering.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI programming.
- Familiarity with control panel design and instrumentation.
- Experience in robotics and control systems design
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
