Security is of upmost importance to us. As Director of security operation, you will play a primary role in maintaining and continuously improving our security posture, strategies and solution selection. Responsibilities include security and threat monitoring, incident investigation, and overall contextualization of a growing set of security and threat intelligence data.

What You Will Be Doing
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining security measures for protection of systems, networks and applications
- Creating and maintaining standard security operating procedures, protocols, and reporting mechanisms
- Monitoring systems for anomalies and intrusions, manage incidents through to resolution and root cause
- Testing, validating, and improving our security posture to ensure compliance with regulatory security standards
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other Engineering or Technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience (5 years)
- Recognized security and cloud specific certifications, e.g., CCSP, SSCP, CISSP, CCSK
- Working experience in the Microsoft Azure cloud computing services
- Strong knowledge of technology and security topics including network and application security, infrastructure hardening, security baselines, web server, and database security
- Ability to communicate concerns clearly and effectively, issues to other teams
- Experience in DevOps environments and maintaining security in CI/CD processes Knowledge of network based, system level, and application layer attacks and mitigation methods
- Experience with a broad range of security technologies including, SIEMs, SAST, DLP, IDS/IPS, IAM, PKI & Certificate Management, etc.
- Knowledge of technical security control environments and compliance frameworks including CSA CCM, ISO 27001, ISO 27017
- Experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining security procedures
- Firewall rule and policy administration knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good independent problem solving and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to manage parallel tasks and accurately document resolutions
- Well versed in various logging infrastructure and methodologies such as Syslog, etc.
- Understanding of Scripting (e.g., Perl, Python, shell scripting)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security
It would also be helpful if you had :
- Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps automation strategies and tools
- Knowledge of BC & DRP programs including risk assessment, BIA, remediation, and staging exercises
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure operations
- Understanding of FEDRAMP, SSAE18 SOC 2, PCI DSS
