Due to growth we're looking for a Division Manager experienced in:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing, preferably in both commercial and residential roofing
- Demonstrated expertise in TPO, PVC, coating restoration, asphalt shingles, and roof tile
- Proven track record in estimating, bidding, and OSHA compliance
- Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The Division Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring quality customer service, and controlling costs associated with the division
- Additionally, the Division Manager will manage the safety and training of personnel, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and monitor the performance of the division
- Develop and implement strategies for improving the quality of service and customer satisfaction
- Generate revenue by providing estimates, bidding on projects, and maximizing sales
- Monitor performance of the division to ensure that it meets company standards and goals
- Ensure all personnel are properly trained in the safety procedures and regulations as they relate to roofing
- Ensure that all applicable local, state, and federal regulations are complied with
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other key stakeholders
