Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems and components for various projects, such as hospitals, healthcare facilities, labs, offices, and commercial buildings
- Create detailed electrical drawings and blueprints using software like AutoCAD and Revit
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate electrical systems into overall building design
- Perform calculations and cost estimates for electrical projects
- Conduct routine maintenance and testing on electrical systems and components
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in electrical systems
- Manage and supervise other electrical engineering staff as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
