Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the efforts of a team of engineers in the design, construction and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Develop plans and timelines to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members, as well as mentorship to junior engineers.
- Solve complex engineering problems and provide solutions to management.
- Ensure that all engineering work is being conducted safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress to upper management.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in an engineering role.
- Strong knowledge in the areas of engineering, construction and electrical.
- Previous experience leading and managing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Nice to have: experience with design teams and electrical systems.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) license.
- Base competitive Salary: 130K - 175K
