What You Will Be Doing
- Preparing detailed profitable cost estimates
- Managing the RFP process and preparing bid packages
- Estimating and developing scope of work and written proposals working with the sales and design team
- Procuring subcontractor and vendor pricing and services
- Developing project schedules
What You Need for this Position
- Strong estimating experience
- Possess an understanding of design and construction code and technologies
- Experience reading architectural, structural and civil plans
- Sage Timberline Software experience (or equivalency) along with takeoff software knowledge
