We specialize in anything from light to medium commercial construction, multi-family, hotels, retail, and mixed-use developments to extensive loss restoration and residential/commercial exterior projects. We seek an experienced estimator accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping customers informed throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for analyzing and preparing bids for construction projects
- Work with the project managers to review plans and specifications
- Use specialized estimating software to assess materials, labor, and equipment costs
- Ensure accuracy and precision in your estimates and ensure all work is completed on budget and on time
What You Need for this Position
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field:
- 5 years of experience in Project Management of Construction job sites
- Multi-Level Commercial Construction, specializing in Hospitality Construction
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Bluebeam or PlanSwift
