We are a commercial GC in South Texas that has finished approximately a billion dollars' worth of construction projects. With a focus on low-rise commercial construction, we have completed a variety of projects, including those for schools, churches, public and institutional buildings, multi-story office buildings, transportation terminals, distribution warehouses, industrial plants, and medical clinics. Repeat customers are our strength, reputation, and the best indicator of our dedication to safety, quality, and performance, with more than 2,000 completed projects.

Right now we need a Estimator with design-build construction experience, including ground up projects!

What You Will Be Doing

Proposals, plans, specifications, and related documentation to estimate the work involved in individual projects.

Examine documentation in order to fully comprehend the project requirements.

Choose, assess, and monitor crucial metrics

Visit the sites and other places required for the estimate

Conduct in-depth examination of metrics and data gathered

Create accurate and pertinent forecasts.

Perform intricate risk analysis tasks.

Make reports and deliver them to management

Analyze and assess the deals

Create and preserve enduring connections with the major suppliers.
