Based in Indianapolis, we provide general construction, design/build, construction management, and a range of other services for smooth, tailored projects and are presently seeking a Lead Superintendent to assist with our multi-family projects in the region. The projects will be taking place in Westfield, IN.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and quality control.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the required standard.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Implement and enforce safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all workers on site.
- Ensure that all work is completed within budget and according to schedule.
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on multi-family and senior living facilities.
