Lead Superintendent We are and integrated Developer and Contractor currently managing multi-family properties in Georgia and Florida. We are set to break ground on over 14,000 units throughout the southeast. We are currently looking to bring on Superintendents in Atlanta, GA. Currently have a Garden-style property and Wrap wood frame story project breaking ground. If you have a focus in multi-family, please apply!
What You Will Be Doing - Mostly Garden-Style, Podium & Wrap type deals
- Multi-family construction
- Ground-up development
- Managing job sites
What You Need for this Position - 3 years of Superintendent experience
- 3 years of multi-family experience
- High school diploma
