Learning and Development Manager - Law Firm/Legal Training
Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, we are a law firm specializing in construction law, business litigation and bankruptcy!
Position Overview: The Learning and Development Manager for a Law Firm/Legal Training will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training, workshops, and programs for the firms clients and employees. This position will report directly to the Managing Director and will work to ensure that the firms training meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive learning and development program for the firms clients and employees.

Design and implement learning programs, workshops, and courses for clients and employees.

Develop content for onboarding and orientation training.

Assess client and employee needs and develop appropriate training solutions.

Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of training.

Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training.

Ensure that training is consistent with industry standards and sector regulations.

Maintain a library of resources for internal and external use.

Identify gaps in training and develop solutions.

Conduct research to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in adult education, instructional design, or a related field.

5 years of experience in a Learning and Development role.

Experience in developing, delivering, and managing legal training.

Proven ability to assess needs and develop appropriate training solutions.

Strong writing and content creation skills.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS.

Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning.
