We are looking for an experienced and talented Lending Operations Manager wanted to lead East Coast Region in remote role. We are a rapidly growing lender looking to add talent to our company as soon as possible so the right candidate will not only have experience, but will be able to jump right in immediately. If you are someone with the skillset, your active DE and LAPP/SAR certifications and have a love for leadership and supervising a team- then we want to talk to you!

What You Will Be Doing
As the Operations Manager, you will be overseeing the entire East Coast region. You will be working alongside Underwriting Managers and supervisors to ensure each branch are working efficiently and meeting quotas. You will oversee their work, ensure their work is correct and efficient, make sure to establish clear expectations while re-enforcing the importance of meeting deadlines.
What You Need for this Position
At least 5 years experience as:
- An Operations Manager
- Managing a large team
- Encompass experience
- DE Certified
- LAPP SAR Certified
