Maintenance Manager

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Managing a team of maintenance technicians and providing guidance and support to ensure high quality work standards
• Performing routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime
• Identifying and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and failures, and recommending appropriate solutions
• Maintaining inventory of spare parts and ordering necessary replacements
• Managing maintenance budget and ensuring cost-effective operations
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance operations, with a strong background in corrugated maintenance
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including machinery, production lines, and packaging equipment
• Experience with paper manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Strong supervisory experience in a maintenance setting, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and malfunctions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
