Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity
- Create detailed plans and layouts for manufacturing processes using CAD/CAM software
- Program CNC machines to produce parts according to design specifications
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of products
- Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Stay updated on industry advancements and implement new technologies to improve manufacturing processes
- Create and maintain accurate production documentation and reports
- 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with CNC Programming, setup, and operation
- Strong background as a machinist
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM Software
- Understanding of machining principles, materials, and tool selection
