" 10 years of experience in the construction industry
" 5 years of experience in a project management capacity
" 5 years of experience in a leadership position
" Advanced knowledge of construction process, methods and materials required
" Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents: Architectural, Structural, MEP and Civil
" Highly organized and systematic individual
" Exceptional attention to detail
" Strong initiative required to be successful in role
" Advanced communication and reporting skills
" Experienced decision-maker and multi-tasker
" 5 years of experience in a project management capacity
" 5 years of experience in a leadership position
" Advanced knowledge of construction process, methods and materials required
