What You Will Be Doing
- Managing subcontractors
- Continuously monitoring project budgets
- Maintaining and updating detailed project schedules monthly
- Conducting quality control inspections of all work installed
- Preparing and maintaining project closeout schedule
- Verifying that project is ready for final inspection and acceptance
- Coordinating and scheduling the equipment start-up, owner training and commissioning if required
What You Need for this Position
5 Years of Experience and Knowledge of:
- Mechanical Project Management
- Commercial HVAC/plumbing project experience
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Construction
- Fire Protection
- MEP
