We have been rapidly growing within our market and are seeking an experienced Project Manager who specializes in commercial builds, remodels, residential, retail, and design-builds. What You Will Be Doing
- Site development
- Ground up construction management
- Construction of retail commercial builds, remodels, Customer walk throughs, etc.
- Apartment builds
- Scheduling, Staffing, Cost analysis etc.
- Buyout/closeout
What You Need for this Position
- At least 3 years experience with:
- Commercial/New Construction
- Ground up
- Design Build
- Retail
- Multi Family builds
- Project Management
- Residential builds
