Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Hourly Rate: $40 - $45
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Division Manager to oversee electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering positive relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the pre-construction process, conducting kickoff meetings and collaborating with project teams.

Strategically plan, schedule, and engineer project work to maximize value.

Maintain profit margins and monitor project productivity, taking corrective actions when necessary.

Negotiate purchases and manage project labor force.

Ensure timely completion of paperwork and billing procedures.

Implement safety programs and policies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Cultivate relationships with targeted customers to secure project opportunities.

Support company growth plans through active participation in relevant activities.

Establish and maintain contacts with potential clients.

Explore new markets and coordinate efforts with Division Manager.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, OR 3-5 years of relevant project management experience.

Proficiency in industry standards, National Electrical Code, and relevant software programs.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently or collaboratively, making informed decisions and problem-solving effectively.
