Based in beautiful Staten Island we are a innovative and dedicated healthcare center. Due to growth and demand for our services, we are in need of hiring for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant that possesses strong experience with Microsoft Office.

What You Will Be Doing
- When visitors, staff members, and clients arrive at the office, extend a warm welcome and ask them why they are there and who they want to see.
- Respond to any incoming calls and emails, as well as send out any necessary inter-office messages.
- Send and receive letters, documents, parcels, and supplies.
- Distribute materials to offices and mailboxes as necessary.
- File and maintain records
- Manage a schedule for those needing support and schedule appointments as required.
- Order supplies when needed
What You Need for this Position
- High School Diploma
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
