Position Overview: The Quality Engineer/Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for ensuring product quality and process improvement within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures and processes.
- Conduct data analyses for process control, capability studies, and overall process improvement.
- Respond to data trends and anomalies while ensuring process control.
- Assist with managing the quality management system.
- Maintain your company's ISO certification.
- Participate in the development of the corrective action process.
- Develop appropriate quality measurements.
- Address quality issues with the appropriate parties.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
- 3 Years of Experience in Quality Control in an ISO environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong experience in Statistical Process Control
- Ability to use computer software to analyze data and generate reports
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing
