Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, safety protocols, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Coordinate subcontractors and oversee day-to-day construction activities
- Ensure project deadlines are met within budget and quality standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently
