You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest level of safety and quality standards. What You Will Be Doing
As Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading our projects from start to finish. You will be managing budgets, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and supervising the on-site crew. You will be a leader that sets the standard for excellence and ensures that our projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
What You Need for this Position
We are looking for a Superintendent with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. You must have a thorough understanding of multi-family projects and construction safety protocols. Additionally, the following skills are required: Leadership, Budget Management, Project Management, and Scheduling.
What's In It for You
