Requirements: 3 Years construction Management Experience
We are a family owned GC founded in 1976. Most of our projects are completed throughout Florida and has three primary offices in Palm Beach County, St. Lucie County and Indian River County.
What You Will Be Doing
Oversees all activities on the construction site.
Manage and direct subcontractors and employees to ensure that all projects develop according to plans and specifications, on time, and within budget.
In addition inspect the quality of the work from start through completion and ensure that all workers comply with OSHA standards
Assist Project Manager as required.
Organize & plan job with Project Manager.
Organize, schedule & direct personnel & subcontractors.
Review cost and progress weekly.
Ensure testing coordination.
Coordinate & maintain equipment.
Field procurements.
Create and maintain field notes & daily reports.

What You Need for this Position
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Ability to manage the job site, including subcontractors, material suppliers as well as job costs, as well as ensuring that the schedule is maintained for the job.
- Thorough understanding of plans and specifications with the ability to ensure that these are followed throughout the entire job.
