Due to growth, we are hiring for Superintendents in the position of Commercial Construction Superintendent in Commercial and Residential Site Development & Construction. The right individual will be a self-starting, organized and hands on leader that provides a focus on quality, customer service, and safety.

Qualifications

- First Aid and CPR Certified
- Great Communication Skills
- Hands on Leader
- Understand plans and specs
- set and manage project schedules and budgets
- manage project changes
- Proficient with: MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
- OSHA 30 Certified
- Spanish Language Skills
- 120K-160K
- Per diem
