We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filing a variety of tax returns, including individual, trust, partnership, and corporate. In addition, they will perform tax review assignments and provide guidance to staff on complex tax issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file a variety of tax returns in accordance with federal and state regulations
- Analyze, review, and manage the tax compliance process
- Assist in the preparation of multi-state and international tax returns
- Research and resolve complex tax issues
- Provide technical guidance to staff on tax matters
- Maintain client relationships and build new relationships
- Adhere to firm and client deadlines
- CPA certification
- Experience with CCH software
- Strong understanding of tax rules and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
