Cybercrime Magazine is seeking a full time Administrative & Operations Assistant to work out of our Northport, NY offices.

This person will liaise with production managers to schedule podcast and video interviews. Must be tech-savvy, organized, and skilled in communication. Requirements include commuting to our Northport, NY offices, working full-time, and having strong written and verbal communication skills. Must also possess strong organizational skills, ability to handle administrative tasks, and technological proficiency. Writing experience is a plus.
Requirements:
- Must commute to our Northport, NY offices - we will not relocate.
- Work full-time and have a collaborative attitude.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills - this position will entail a lot of emailing, collaboration with our in-office production team, and external clients.
- Strong organizational skills with knowledge of how to schedule meetings, plan projects, and act as the point of contact for media clients.
- Ability to handle administrative and operational requests alongside queries from senior managers.
- Technological ability to interface with office management systems and softwares.
- Writing experience is welcomed, but not required.
