What does a Director of Sales do at CyberGRX?
As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for designing, hiring, and developing a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new CyberGRX customers. Your main goal will be to deliver leverage by running the playbook established by the CRO and ensuring that the team is completing all projects with finesse. Additionally, you should be able to identify what is working in order to scale and build upon identified strategies.
You enjoy building out processes and structure, and you approach everything methodically. You have proven experience fostering collaboration across teams and departments, and you both model and expect authenticity and integrity from your direct reports. You’re able to build followership in your team while also providing alternative ideas and perspective to peers across the organization.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Partner with Sales and Operations to align on the business plan and operating model for the acquisition channel
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve messaging, lead-flow and conversion through the marketing and sales funnel
- Recruit, hire and engage world-class talent
- Drive performance management and improvement methods to coach, develop, and foster the career growth of team members in a quota-driven environment
- Work with Revenue Operations to identify and implement improvements
- Contribute to the culture of CyberGRX as a key influencer in the organization
What you bring to the table:
- 3 years of experience in a Sales Leadership role with a strong background in hiring, coaching, and performance management
- 5 years of experience in SaaS sales
- Proven history of promotion and investment in reputable organizations
- Experience working cross-functionally to design, build, and run scalable programs
- Ability to build out additional processes and structure as the team scales
- Willing to travel approximately 25%

Annual Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000
Annual Variable Potential: $150,000 - $180,000
