Job Description
Title: Technical Product Owner - ServiceNow and Genesys
Location: Skillman NJ – hybrid role
Exp level - 8-12 years
>Primary Skill - Service Now; Secondary Skill - Genesys Cloud
> 10 years experience in IT/shared services and 5 years experience on ServiceNow and/or Genesys .
> ServiceNow HR (HRSD) and Procurement (S2P) experience preferred.
> TPO will partner with BPOs within Enterprise Business Solution (EBS) , Supply Chain (SC) and IT Service Management (ITSM) to implement ServiceNow modules
> Partner with client infrastructure/networking and functional teams of SC & EBS on Genesys telephony solutions
> TPO will manage SI vendor partner resources to deliver ServiceNow solutions using agile delivery
> TPO will set up a governance structure to manage the ServiceNow platform and Genesys at an enterprise level
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50 to $80/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
