Senior .NET Developer

Job Description:

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be a key member of a development team responsible for end-to-end system enhancements, support, and new development using technologies such as C#, Bootstrap, CSS3, HTML5, TypeScript, JavaScript, Knockout, ASP.NET Webforms, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, Angular, Azure cloud services, AWS, and SQL Server. You will create and maintain stored procedures, tables, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports. Your role will involve setting up code pipelines, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance existing systems and enterprise solutions using .NET technologies
• Architect and solution new enterprise systems while supporting current applications
• Perform full stack development using C#, Angular, Bootstrap, CSS3, HTML5, and ASP.NET Core
• Gather and analyze business requirements to create functional and technical specifications
• Design SQL databases and related objects
• Develop, test, and support system enhancements through user testing
• Resolve system issues reported by users and provide Help Desk support
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced developers
  
  

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Experience in ASP.NET, ASP.NET Webforms, and RESTful services and APIs
• Proficiency with C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET Core
• Expertise in Visual Studio 2022 and earlier versions
• Front-end development with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Knockout, and Angular
• Experience with LINQ, Entity Framework, and SQL Server 2016
• Knowledge of Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps, or GitHub
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud and AWS
• Database modeling and design experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience with agile development
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with OpenText Content Server
• Adobe Experience Manager (Designer, Workbench, and Workflow)
  
  

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
