Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of work experience in an Engineering/Reliability test environment.
Physical Abilities: Capable of handling 16x20 mm components and lifting weights up to 25 pounds to a height of 6 feet.
Technical Proficiency: Basic PC skills including Windows/Mac, Office suite, and email clients. Proficiency with basic lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
Engineering Skills: Understanding schematics and layouts, with in-depth knowledge of hardware setup, debugging, and fault tracing.
Record Keeping: Strong record-keeping skills to maintain accurate documentation.
Communication Skills: Able to collaborate effectively within the department, express ideas clearly, and articulate findings or issues.
Independence: Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
Desired Skills: Working knowledge of Linux and familiarity with PCIe/NVMe technology. Experience in lab operations including equipment calibration, inventory management, and suggesting/implementing improvements.
SSD Devices Experience: Previous experience with SSD devices is preferred.
Daily Duties: Responsibilities include test setup, coordination, and reporting, as well as installation and maintenance of equipment, fault tracing, repair, calibration, records tracking, parts management, suggesting improvements, and effective communication within the department.
