Requirements:
Preferred: 2 years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
Preferred: 2 years of previous management or supervisory experience
Passion for fitness and helping others
Social presence (Facebook and Instagram)
High Energy
Superb Communication skills
Solution-based, Results-oriented, Competitive spirit
Details:
The Studio Manager will oversee all studio functionality from driving sales to studio
operations with opportunity for future growth.
Member growth through membership sales
Oversee studio team and schedule
Lead generation including GrassRoots Marketing and Networking
Deliver 5 star experience
Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio
Acquisition of new members and the retention of existing members
Strategic outreach, for securing first time rider/lead flow
Actively coach, train and educate your team to advance
Compensation & Benefits:
Yearly base salary $40,000
Yearly achievable salary bumps up to $27,500
