Job Description About the Role: Cyient Inc. has an opening for a Telecommunications Director of Delivery, overseeing our Outside Plant Engineering teams in North America. You should have experience with OSP telecommunications experience, specific to various fiber services, extensive experience leading multiple engineering teams, field teams, and support staff, located in multiple design & delivery centers, experience overseeing and growing multiple customer accounts, experience managing the financial health of multiple customer accounts and have general knowledge of local, state and federal HR practices. You will report directly to the Executive of Delivery, Telecommunications. You Will: · Provide leadership and direction to local OSP engineering resources as well as other global Cyient engineering and delivery teams working on multiple Fiber/HFC projects. · Help local Telecommunication leaders identify, deploy and reallocate necessary resources to accomplish design project and successfully · Oversee numerous OSP Telecommunications customer accounts in Canada, with local Senior Managers of Delivery located in various Cyient Design centers. · Work collaboratively with Telecom leaders in North America and India in support of delivery of design projects in all markets · Manage the overall health and financial status of all customer accounts, including the projected and actualized revenue, overhead, invoicing and margins. You'll Need: · 10 years of OSP Design & Engineering Experience with at least one major Telecom provider in the US and Canada, preferably with wired and wireless telecommunication solutions. · 10 years of Leadership experience, overseeing multiple fielding, design, and delivery centers in various locations. · 7 years of experience in managing the financial metrics and developing risk mitigation strategies and growth opportunities within the Telecommunications industry. · 2 years of experience collaborating with teams located outside of North America. · 2 years of experience is ISO9001 and TL9000 Quality Management systems, audits and requirements. · Must be able to travel to multiple Cyient and customer locations, as needed. · Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline. · Master's degree in Business, Engineering or similar discipline. · Have current authorization to work in the US (visa sponsorships not available), and have the ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen.
