- Ability to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
- Completion of documentation within 24 hours of appointment
- Provide, coordinate, and direct home nursing care according to physicians' orders and agency policies.
- Directly supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
- Conduct an average of 5-8 patient visits per day, totaling 6-8 points per day and 30 points per week.
- Engage in home visits and periodic office meetings.
- Handle types of cases including Start of Care, Wound Care, and Follow-up Visits.
- Participate in weekend rotations and on-call duties as required.
- Cover Sussex County territory with an estimated travel of 150-200 miles per week.
- Ensure all patient documentation is accurately completed within 24 hours.
- Attend to weekly clinic meetings and manage patient visits efficiently.
- Willingness to float to nearby clinics if patient census is low to meet financial needs.
