- Manage scheduling/calendar for executive(s).
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s).
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings (room reservations).
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including Visa applications.
- Budget and expense reporting.
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s).
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
- Office Management – work closely with Facilities; office assignments, onboarding, HSE, IT, office supply orders, Ariba requests.
- Software Knowledge (helpful but not required).
- SAP Ariba.
