- Troubleshoot and execute the playbook for our robotic solutions on our Data center floors.
- Conduct Operational Readiness Site Walks to verify that the operational environment is clear of obvious intrusions and obstructions and that the NavSystem is in good working order.
- Conduct daily system readiness checklists to ensure a robotics or automation system is available (exp. charged) and safe to operate with all enabler technology in place.
- Verify and maintain compliance with 5S requirements.

- Function as the first responder to triage robotics and automation maintenance issues, following well-defined and structured troubleshooting procedures and SLOs.
- If a system requires further assistance beyond defined documentation, collect information surrounding the issue to prepare for bug escalation (battery status, system mode, light status, smoke, etc.).
- Document actions taken and maintain record of repair in a client’s defined Asset Management System including key details such as SN, related data collection, and spares used.
- Escalate complex issues where no documentation exists, existing documentation did not work, or the MRRT has insufficient permissions to the appropriate team.
- Perform Preventative and Predictive maintenance of the systems per well-defined schedules and procedures (CMMS).
- Follow plans defined in CMMS and conduct maintenance on systems per schedule.
- Identify failures to meet quality standards through testing; assessing issue severity and escalating as appropriate, maintaining ownership through to resolution.
- Develop a sound business understanding ensuring tests are defined and developed, with close alignment to the business use of the system.
- Provide detailed analysis and testing of existing and new engineering solutions and components.
- Work in a cross-functional team environment, to develop controls specification and training documentation for the Facilities Engineering team.
- Take responsibility for incident follow-up, root cause analysis and documentation.
- Responsible for test planning, test case design, test execution, defect management, and ensuring software quality.
- Candidates should have previous working experience in Data Cater equipment testing.
- Candidates Should have proper communication skills to interact with the Site Engineers or Managers.
- Candidates should have experience in Automation testing.
- Candidates should have good analytical thinking, test script preparation experience and functional testing skills.
