- Interact with the Business Analyst and Technical writer to ensure system modifications meet the documented requirements.
- Review code of Amazon Connect Contact Flows, Lambdas, DynamoDBs, etc.
- Willing to be proactive in recommendations for code changes to improve system performance.
- Understand client standards and the configuration framework.
- Provide ongoing suggestions for improvements in our process, and new ideas.
- Help achieve deployment efficiency, and consistent and supportable code into our production environment.
- Participate in the overall team effort.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate.
- AWS Certified Developer.
- Solid working experience developing in Amazon Connect Contact Flow and Connect Console Designer.
- Experience with developer tools such as Connect CLI, Postman, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Python, web services, rest services, and API’s.
- Hands-on experience with Lambda and DynamoDB development.
- DevOps code promotion process.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to effectively and comfortably communicate with all types of individuals from the customer technical expert to the customer executive management.
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile methodology.
- Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently/self-reliant and show initiative with minimum supervision.
- Strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team atmosphere.
- Ability to work under pressure; meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to listen effectively and seek clarification.
- Ability to build a rapport with clients.
- Reporting tools like Quicksight is a bonus.
