- Experience with the TMO back-office engagement rules.
- Experience in ServiceNow, PIER, Jira.
- Engagement familiarity with CCoE, Corporate Security and compliance.
- Experience provisioning and managing AWS resources using services like EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, etc.
- Experience with CLI commands.
- Proficiency in managing AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, roles, and permissions.
- Hands-on experience with implementing and managing infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like kubect.
- Experience with Reading Client Logs: Familiarity with parsing and analyzing log data using Client.
- Experience with GitLab and CI/CD Pipelines:Proficiency in using GitLab for version control and setting up Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated software delivery.
- Postman API Scripting or Similar:Experience in scripting API requests and testing using tools like Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Experience in JWT and access tokens to access API.
- SQL Server Query Capable: Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation, especially for SQL Server databases.
- Understanding of Key Management (Vault Solution Integration): Knowledge of key management solutions like T-Vault and Enterprise Vault.
- Programming capabilities in one or language: Python, Java, etc...can be used to create custom tools to help test automation and stress testing.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
