- Investor Experience Analytics Lead / Analyst.
- Subject matter expertise: Knowledgeable in finance (ideally alternatives).
- Leveraged Google Analytics (or) Adobe Analytics for enterprise solutions.
- Can develop and implement innovative reporting strategies to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, using tools such as Tableau; Proficient in SQL and had experience with relational databases like someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with curiosity and passion for solving business problems.
- This individual also has great communication skills to understand the business and use these insights to define/create/design/enhance processes.
- This individual is able to prioritize tasks effectively, escalate when required and is highly motivated and capable of working independently and part of a team.
