Job Description:
Pay Range: $20.87hr - $24.87hr
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and apply standard test methods and processes.
Perform testing, gather data, and analyze results of product testing and process monitoring.
Coordinate builds, submit run requests, and update tracking spreadsheets
Assist engineering teams in obtaining the necessary supplies and components
Work with engineers on continuous improvement projects and new product development.
Assist in the set-up of experiments.
Assist with problem-solving.
Work with vendors and suppliers to procure and install tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
Contribute to technical reports, validations, and qualifications by capturing experimental results.
Submit change requests for projects during new product development
Champion product quality as a top priority and drive for a high standard of excellence.
Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
Qualifications:
AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
Demonstrated ability to execute and follow through on project responsibilities
Ability to work well within a strong team environment.
Additional Job-Specific Requirements:
Experience in manufacturing or process development.
Measurement and data analysis experience.
Microsoft Office Suite.
Polymer extrusion experience.
Fixture design or SolidWorks experience.
