Job Description:
- Expertise in architecting and driving custom reports like Financial Statements, Cash Flow and profit and loss reports.
- Designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP environment.
- Designing, building, testing, and deploying SAP FICO technical solutions, emphasizing RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design.
- Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
- Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
- Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders to build trust.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required.
- Coordinating and liaison with the other cross functional Workstreams, Strategic Integration Vendors, SME s, Communities of Practice s, IT Solution Architects/COE and Stakeholders across the network to develop a strong and deep pool of expertise across Finance processes and Applications.
