Job Description:

Pay Range $35hr - $37hr
  • Contract staff would mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans), according to policy and procedure.
  • Group facilitation may also be indicated.
  • Possession of a license and current registration as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York State.
